problemas com workbench

Boa tarde galera eu consigo conectar no banco de dados normal pelo command line, mas quando tento acessar via workbench ele gera este erro.

O Workbench tem o costume de dar erros parecidos! Tenta reinstalar! Geralmente funciona bem!
