Não consigo incializar o Xampp

Salve,

Estava querendo começar a praticar um pouco de php, e estava instalando o phpmyamdin com o xampp para isto.

Eu instalei de boa, porém, ao inicializar o Apache e o MySQL, estão informando isto:

Aguem pode me ajudar? Seria algum problema com alguma porta?
