Testes e2e com Appium e Expo

Olá, recentemente eu aceitei algumas propostas de realizar testes e2e utilizando Appium e Expo, entretanto é mais difícil do que imaginei. Estou enfrentando problemas para entender os processos de instalação, estruturas e utilização dos mesmos, gostaria que alguém me ajudasse a entender e se possível disponibilizar um passo a passo de como inicializar com ambos, desde já agradeço
